According to a video statement, the developer's relationship with Digerati has deteriorated, and they are refusing to return control of the game. The lead developer, Conrad Grindheim, stated, 'We are exploring our legal options to resolve this situation.' The game was released on multiple platforms, both physically and digitally. However, the developer expressed dissatisfaction with the console version's quality, citing circumstances beyond their control. The situation escalated when Digerati put the game on sale on Steam without the developer's authorization. Digerati has since released a statement committing to improve the game, but the developer plans to self-publish an updated version once the issue is resolved. The priority, as stated by Grindheim, is to 'do right by the fans.' Digerati has filed a lawsuit against Conradical Games, seeking to enforce contractual obligations and addressing alleged false statements.
