Activision Blizzard Unveils 2022 Diversity and Inclusion Statistics
Activision Blizzard, the developer behind Call of Duty, has published its 2022 diversity and inclusion report. This year's edition features data on non-binary full-time employees, marking a new step in the company's efforts to foster a more inclusive work environment. According to the report, women and non-binary individuals now account for 26% of the company's workforce, up from 24% in 2021. The global gender data shows a gradual shift towards greater diversity. In terms of ethnic representation, under-represented groups comprise 38% of the company's US staff, a slight increase from 36% the previous year. It's worth noting that the ethnicity data only reflects employees within the US who identify as multi-racial or non-white. In 2021, Activision Blizzard set a goal to boost its female and non-binary staff by 50% by 2025, but has not announced a similar target for increasing under-represented ethnic groups.
