ÜberStrategist Acquires Marketing Firm VirTasktic

ÜberStrategist, a leading video games marketing firm, has announced its acquisition of VirTasktic, a marketing services provider founded by Carolyn Crummey in 2011 and based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Following the acquisition, VirTasktic will be integrated into ÜberStrategist, expanding its business operations. According to Mario R. Kroll, founder and president of ÜberStrategist, "VirTasktic brings a passionate and highly creative approach to content and email marketing, areas of interest for many of our clients." The acquisition not only increases revenue but also adds depth to ÜberStrategist's combined team through the addition of VirTasktic's staff and client roster. As part of the acquisition, Carolyn Crummey has been appointed as ÜberStrategist's chief marketing officer. Additionally, Kimberly Massi has been named director of operations, and Jessica Timms has been promoted to director of public relations services.
