Invoke Studios: The New Identity of Tuque Games

In a significant announcement, Wizards of the Coast revealed that Tuque Games, a renowned video game development studio, has undergone a transformation and will now be known as Invoke Studios. Founded in 2012 in Montreal, the studio is credited with developing the 2016 cooperative shooter Livelock, and following its acquisition by Wizards of the Coast in 2019, it is currently immersed in developing a AAA title based on the iconic Dungeons and Dragons franchise. Invoke Studios will continue to function as an independent entity, led by Dominic Guay, who has served as the studio's vice president and general manager since April 2021. Prior to joining Invoke, Guay was a senior producer at Ubisoft, where he contributed to the development of Watch Dogs and Watch Dogs 2. Guay emphasized the importance of preserving the studio's unique culture and work methodologies, stating, "We prioritize the independence of each team member, allowing them to leverage their talents and maximize their productive impact on our games."
