Ubisoft Launches Global Creative Hub

Ubisoft has established a global creative office aimed at enhancing innovation and ensuring the delivery of top-notch gaming experiences. The new structure will comprise specialized units, or 'poles,' which will utilize their expertise to cater to specific audience needs, game design, and technological advancements. By transitioning away from a centralized model, the company believes it can better support its core business segments. As part of this reorganization, Chief Creative Officer Igor Manceau, a key figure in the creation of the global creative office, will be departing the company by the end of next month due to personal reasons. Prior to his departure, Manceau will continue to work on implementing the office's initiatives alongside other senior executives, including Marie-Sophie de Waubert, Martin Schelling, Sandrine Caloiaro, and Guillemette Picard. Following Manceau's exit, de Waubert will assume temporary oversight of the global creative office. Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot noted: 'In an ever-evolving industry, it's crucial that we remain adaptable. I appreciate Igor's contributions to refining our creative strategy and his dedication to introducing new ideas that elevate our approach to game development.'
