THQ Nordic Introduces Campfire Cabal, Its Latest Development Studio

THQ Nordic has announced the launch of Campfire Cabal, its newest development studio, situated in Copenhagen, Denmark. The studio's primary focus will be on crafting immersive, story-driven RPGs, with an unannounced project currently in the works. Founded by industry veterans with experience in notable games such as Expeditions: Rome, Hitman, and Hunt: Showdown, Campfire Cabal will operate as an independent subsidiary of THQ Nordic. At the helm of the studio is creative director Jonas Waever, accompanied by art director Caroline Fangel and technical director Nils Iver Holtar, forming the executive leadership team.
