Testronic has announced a series of high‑level appointments across its worldwide operations, highlighting the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership and expanding its service capabilities. Central to these moves is the elevation of Mike Guttman to the role of Vice President of Senior Partnerships. In this capacity, Guttman will oversee the cultivation of strategic relationships with key partners, ensuring that Testronic’s testing solutions remain aligned with the evolving needs of game developers and publishers.
Before joining Testronic, Guttman built a robust career in the interactive entertainment sector. He spent several years as a client partner at Keywords Studios, where he was responsible for managing large‑scale accounts and delivering bespoke services to top‑tier clients. Prior to that, he held the position of senior business development manager, a role that sharpened his ability to identify growth opportunities and negotiate complex contracts. His blend of client‑facing experience and business development acumen makes him well‑suited to steer Testronic’s senior partnership strategy.
Supporting Guttman’s initiatives is Nicole Closson, who steps into the role of Business Development Manager. Closson’s mandate is to broaden commercial coverage and provide dedicated support to partners both regionally and globally. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous tenure at Keywords Studios, where she excelled as an enterprise account executive, as well as from her time at Unity, where she served as senior account executive for the Parsec and SyncSketch product lines. Her background in enterprise sales and platform integration will be instrumental in driving new business pipelines and deepening existing relationships.
In Europe, Testronic’s Warsaw office has welcomed Mateusz Kałuża as its new QA Director. Kałuża arrives after a distinguished stint at Lionbridge Games, where he held several senior testing positions and gained a reputation for delivering rigorous quality assurance processes.
Speaking about his new role, Kałuża emphasized Warsaw’s strategic importance: "The city combines deep QA expertise, hands‑on experience, and a genuine understanding of what developers expect from a testing partner. Our continued investment in the local team will amplify that expertise, integrate it with Testronic’s global network, and ensure consistent delivery for partners wherever they operate." His leadership is expected to further cement Warsaw as a hub for high‑quality testing services.
Adding to the senior leadership roster, Lily Guerreiro joins as Global Partnerships Senior Manager. Guerreiro previously served as Global Business Development Manager at Keywords Studios, where she managed cross‑border initiatives and cultivated relationships with multinational clients. Her global perspective and proven track record in partnership development will enhance Testronic’s ability to serve a worldwide clientele. The Manila Centre of Excellence also sees new senior talent.
Daniel Bowie Soriano has been appointed Senior QA Manager, bringing extensive experience in test planning, execution, and team mentorship. Working alongside him is Ivan Balanay, who takes on the role of QA Trainer. Balanay’s appointment is described as a key component of Testronic’s investment in the Testronic Academy, an internal program designed to nurture the next generation of QA professionals. "Ivan’s expertise will strengthen our training curriculum and help us build a pipeline of highly skilled testers," the company noted.
Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald highlighted the strategic significance of these appointments, stating, "Our Centres of Excellence bring together talented people, specialist expertise and leadership, and connect those capabilities across a genuinely global organisation." He added that the recent investments in New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, together with the firm’s established presence in London, expand the pool of knowledge and skills available to partners. "By continuing to invest in outstanding people, we can deliver an exceptional Player‑Focused, Partner‑First and Outcomes‑Led service to our clients," Fitzgerald said. The leadership reshuffle follows a broader executive transition earlier in the month, when Testronic named Sonia Kerr as Chief Executive Officer.
Kerr succeeds Sharon Baylay‑Bell, who has moved into the role of company chair. In tandem with these changes, Michael Fitzgerald was confirmed as CRO, and Samantha Williams was appointed Chief Commercial Officer. Fitzgerald previously worked as a client partner at Keywords Studios, while Williams served as Testronic’s global CRO and head of Europe, bringing deep operational insight to her new commercial portfolio.
Overall, these appointments signal Testronic’s aggressive push to reinforce its global footprint, enhance service delivery, and deepen collaborative ties with partners across the gaming industry. By integrating seasoned leaders with diverse backgrounds in client management, business development, and quality assurance, the company aims to provide a more cohesive, high‑quality testing experience that aligns with the fast‑moving demands of modern game development. The strategic emphasis on regional centres of excellence—particularly in New Orleans, Warsaw, Manila and London—underscores Testronic’s belief that localized expertise, when linked to a robust global network, creates the most resilient and responsive service model for its partners.
